Flying around careless, the mighty whites
some white, some black, some shaded grey
come out and see the ones,at those heights
its sun then the rain, some as we pray

once when i was a kid,a real spoiled brat
away from home, up on the green meadows
Saw one, with the look of a nasty rat
Ran home, never looked at the shadows

today when i looked,out my big french window
saw a clear sky, all of blue and gloom
then it came, a small mushy white dove
i smiled as it filled whites from the loom
